As a single mom, entrepreneur, and strength and conditioning coach at Gracie Apollo Beach Martial Arts, I am driven by one mission: to help others unlock their power and embrace transformation. With three years in figure bodybuilding and over eight years as a Jiu-Jitsu competitor, including a recent 2nd place at the 2024 ADCC Vegas Open, I know that real strength goes beyond the physical. My journey has taught me resilience and fueled my passion. I’ve overcome binge eating disorder, anorexia, healed of cancer, and a lifelong battle with obesity, losing 90 pounds in my 20's and keeping it off. I know what it’s like to face obstacles head-on, and I’m committed to helping others do the same, especially moms ready to reclaim their health and confidence after having kids.
