My name is Katy Moore, and I am deeply passionate about holistic wellness. I have overcome significant challenges in my life, including binge eating disorder, anorexia, and cancer, all of which were rooted in unresolved emotions and spiritual disconnection. Through my own journey of healing and transformation, I have come to understand the profound impact of addressing emotional and spiritual issues in achieving total wellness—body, mind, and soul. One pivotal moment in the emergency room marked a turning point for me. It was there that I experienced a profound healing that set me on a path to recovery. I realized the power of renewing my mind, processing emotions, and breaking free from the toxic cycles that had once held me captive. Through faith and divine intervention, I emerged stronger and more compassionate, with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body, soul, and spirit. As a devoted follower of Christ, I believe in the transformative power of His love and redemption. My mission is to empower others to break free from their struggles and discover their own paths to healing and wholeness. Having personally overcome my own battles, including losing 80 pounds and maintaining that transformation for years.
